Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies through 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate R&D
- Present compelling innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists in cutting-edge methodologies
- Secure and manage $5M+ annual innovation budget across strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and technology adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Proficiency in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech applications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (minimum 3 articles)
