Responsibilities

- Architect adaptive roadmaps for organizational resilience in volatile environments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage a portfolio of future-focused pilot programs with $2M+ annual budgets
- Publish thought leadership in partnership with MIT Technology Review and World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences across 15+ industries
- Published research or patents in emerging technology or behavioral economics
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents
