- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on innovation roadmaps
- Author white papers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Manage a portfolio of 5-7 high-impact innovation projects
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global foresight network
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published work on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Experience working with C-suite in tech, healthcare, or finance sectors
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills using tools like Tableau
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
