- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate innovation adoption cycles
- Represent Horizon Labs at global tech foresight conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build our internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
