Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech, quantum computing) to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market conditions across multiple industries
- Lead client workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Build quantitative models forecasting technology adoption curves and market disruption timelines
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote presentations) on future-focused strategies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging market needs
- Maintain proprietary trend database using AI-powered analytics tools
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, Web3, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills using tools like Tableau/Power BI
- Experience facilitating C-suite workshops on strategic foresight
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
