Responsibilities

- Present executive briefings and roadmaps that align R&D priorities with future market demands
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of innovation across departments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend intelligence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario modeling, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
