Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 innovation forecasts across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainability sectors
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with future trends
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for R&D collaboration
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical developments affecting innovation landscapes
- Drive internal culture initiatives to embed future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong communication skills for executive-level presentations and stakeholder engagement
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology forecasting preferred
