- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technology horizons
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends and disruptors
- Architect strategic frameworks for AI-human symbiosis and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Collaborate with product teams to translate future insights into actionable roadmaps
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory innovation
- Author thought leadership publications on technological trajectories
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused technologies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Published work on future-of-work or tech disruption preferred
