Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to map 5-10 year industry disruption scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients across healthcare, energy, and mobility sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives through immersive scenario planning workshops
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and human-machine collaboration
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio for emerging technology incubation
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and ethical foresight practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation consulting or corporate strategy with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience leading cross-cultural, remote teams across 3+ continents
