Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological and societal trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics
- Design and implement AI-powered futures forecasting platforms using machine learning algorithms
- Manage strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Stanford HAI, and other innovation hubs
- Present trend analyses to investor boards and guide $50M+ innovation portfolio allocation
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and data scientists in advanced analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurism consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning tools like Kumu.io or Palantir Foundry
- Exceptional presentation skills with 50+ executive keynote presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or innovation frameworks
