Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future insights into product development and business planning.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts, thought leaders, and innovators.
- Drive the creation of scenario-based future plans to ensure the company remains agile and competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Social Sciences); Master's or PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in innovation strategy, futurism, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation strategies.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential impact on industries.
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies.
