Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to develop strategic foresight reports for 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Develop quantitative and qualitative models for risk assessment and opportunity forecasting
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership content positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into successful business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong quantitative skills with experience in predictive modeling and data visualization
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
