Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives and board members
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) and market disruptions
- Design and execute innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote speeches, and industry panels
- Manage cross-functional futurist projects with $5M+ budgets
- Cultivate partnerships with academic institutions and government futurist offices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and public speaking
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Experience leading global teams in ambiguous environments
