Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/social trends and their potential business impacts through quantitative/qualitative research
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps with scenario planning for key industry verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and execution
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D to validate future concepts through rapid prototyping
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record developing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and research databases
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Published work in futurism/innovation (whitepapers, articles, books)
