Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends across technology, climate, and socio-economic domains to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop actionable strategic frameworks for executive leadership teams
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizations on future-readiness initiatives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive modeling outputs
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Represent the company at global foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Proficiency in foresight software tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Futurist Pro)
