Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and maintain a strategic innovation roadmap aligned with organizational objectives and future market demands
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder presentations to communicate future scenarios and strategic implications
- Partner with product development teams to integrate future-forward concepts into product roadmaps
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify first-mover advantages in emerging domains
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring long-term strategic initiatives and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years in strategic planning
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies certification (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Track record of translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Experience working in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and trend analysis tools
