As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global thought leaders to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational resilience in an era of exponential change.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise transformation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce foresight reports and trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive threats/opportunities
- Represent organization at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for C-level presentations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, weak signal analysis)
