- Author thought leadership content and scenario plans that influence company direction
- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate future-focused insights into development roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or sustainability megatrends preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) required
