Responsibilities

- Author white papers and thought leadership on future technology adoption and societal impacts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and strategic storytelling
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable business roadmaps and KPIs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures research or strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation in Fortune 500 environments
