Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for socio-technological shifts through 2026-2030 horizon scanning
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation, AI governance, and economic transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategy
- Author white papers and thought leadership on sustainable development and human-machine symbiosis
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging market disruptions
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational resilience against future volatility
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, scenario planning, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and simulation platforms
- Published author or speaker at global forums on future-focused topics
- Strong proficiency in systems mapping and causal loop analysis
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) or equivalent
