Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI strategy roadmap for 2026, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead the research and development of emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products and services.
- Identify high-impact opportunities for automation and efficiency across the organization.
- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to keep Apex at the forefront of AI evolution.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML strategy, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Deep technical understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and NLP.
- Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to executive stakeholders.
