You'll leverage cutting-edge methodologies to identify paradigm shifts, quantify future scenarios, and position our organization as an industry pioneer.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-year horizon scanning initiatives across technology, policy, and cultural domains
- Develop quantitative and qualitative foresight models for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional strategy workshops to translate foresight into executable business roadmaps
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports for executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Champion ethical innovation principles in all strategic foresight activities
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTR) strongly preferred
