Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders across 3+ industries
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and climate resilience objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Author thought leadership pieces published in top-tier futurist journals
- Mentor junior strategists in ethical foresight methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to board members with data-driven storytelling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven experience with Delphi methods, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis
- Deep expertise in climate tech, neuro-interfaces, or decentralized systems
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or equivalent impact
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Polymorphic)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful future-shaping initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
