Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive foresight frameworks to identify emerging trends, technologies, and disruptive forces impacting 2026+ horizons
- Lead scenario planning initiatives, creating actionable roadmaps for potential futures across business units
- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into development pipelines
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis using quantitative/qualitative methodologies (e.g., Delphi, SWOT)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership through compelling data narratives and visualizations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-proofing strategies for complex organizations
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal megatrends (climate resilience, demographic shifts)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Deep knowledge of scenario planning, horizon scanning, and strategic foresight methodologies
