Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, sustainability, and quantum computing domains
- Present complex future insights to executive leadership and translate them into actionable business strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate foresight into product development cycles
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on 2026 technology paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
