- Develop comprehensive 2026+ foresight frameworks using scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state visions with C-suite executives
- Produce strategic whitepapers on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neurointerfaces, climate tech)
- Design adaptive organizational blueprints for 2026 workforce and operational models
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Present foresight findings at industry conferences and publish in leading journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, clean energy)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technology impacts
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with global regulatory and ethical foresight frameworks
