Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies with 2026 commercial viability
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing applications
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-of-work scenarios and workforce transformation
- Partner with product teams to prototype and test next-gen solutions in live environments
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on 2026 technology trends
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, causal layered analysis)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
