Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic vision frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, climate tech)
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for long-term strategic initiatives and monitor progress
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies shaping 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business outcomes
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent preferred
