- Lead workshops with executive teams to align organizational priorities with future opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for early trend identification
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors with compelling data visualization
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and critical analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
