Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, economics, and social domains to identify 2026 opportunities
- Develop strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable product development
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership presentations at industry forums
- Establish cross-functional partnerships with academia, government, and private sector
- Quantify market potential and ROI for emerging technology adoption scenarios
- Maintain a proprietary foresight database and predictive modeling toolkit
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing 5-10 year strategic vision for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
