Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight framework
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and market forces
- Produce scenario-based strategic models for board-level decision making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Present future outlooks to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology trends
- Experience with cross-cultural future trend analysis
