- Architect and publish annual 2026 strategic foresight reports with quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with disruptive potential
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and socioeconomic disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and think tanks
- Present future vision to C-suite and board with compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced technology strategy
- Proven track record publishing influential trend analyses or future scenarios
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural contexts
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, SFI preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-to-market translations
