Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Produce thought leadership reports and scenario-planning models for stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Establish global foresight networks and academic partnerships
- Communicate complex future scenarios through compelling narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and biotechnology convergence trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., CFPC, CFP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major platforms
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario modeling software
