Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and systemic risks across technology, policy, and social domains
- Produce high-impact futurist reports and executive briefings translating complex data into actionable strategic insights
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and government agencies
- Design and pilot prototype solutions for emerging challenges in climate resilience and digital sovereignty
- Advise executive leadership on long-term strategic investments in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist leadership with proven impact on enterprise strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and systemic change methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience building and leading global futurist networks or communities of practice
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives launched 3-5 years prior
