Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts impacting 2026+ horizons
- Develop innovative scenario-planning frameworks and long-term strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and operational resilience
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable recommendations for C-suite stakeholders
- Pioneer proprietary methodologies for trend analysis and disruption forecasting
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with demonstrated success in trend forecasting
- Strong presentation skills with experience engaging executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
