Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive foresight frameworks for 2026+ strategic planning
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators
- Create actionable scenario models and roadmaps for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish KPIs to measure future-readiness and strategic agility
- Publish thought leadership reports and present to industry stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build future-focused capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
