Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology foresight strategies aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints exploring emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3.0)
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Present future scenarios to executive teams and board members using data-driven insights
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Mentor junior futurists and build a strategic foresight framework
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in futurist or CTO roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation publications
- Experience scaling innovation teams in hyper-growth environments
