Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or biotechnology convergence
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Experience securing federal grants for future-tech initiatives
