Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, state-of-the-art Generative AI models tailored for enterprise applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced prompting strategies and fine-tuning techniques for LLMs.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce token costs for high-volume production environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate 2026 vision into technical reality.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure AI systems are robust, secure, and adhere to strict ethical guidelines and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Generative AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tooling.

- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Proven track record of publishing research or shipping high-impact AI products to market.
