Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel generative algorithms for complex problems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into core platforms.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, fairness, and data privacy compliance in all training pipelines.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI models.
