As we prepare for the technological paradigm shift of 2026, you will be at the forefront of building scalable, robust, and ethically aligned Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
In this role, you won't just write code; you will architect the neural networks that define how humans interact with machines in the coming decade.
Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art generative models (GPT, LLaMA, etc.) using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Performance Optimization: Engineer high-performance inference pipelines capable of handling enterprise-scale load.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct cutting-edge research to implement novel techniques in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering.
- Infrastructure: Build and maintain MLOps pipelines ensuring reproducibility and continuous integration of AI models.
- Collaboration: Partner with product leaders and data scientists to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure all models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and GPU computing (CUDA).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and vector databases.
- Deployment: Proven track record of deploying models to production environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Language: Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
