Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 2/3 technical support for 500+ employees across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and cloud-based applications (O365, Salesforce)
- Diagnose hardware/software issues via remote support tools (TeamViewer, SolarWinds)
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with network and security teams on incident resolution
- Train end-users on new technologies and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level help desk experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification required (Security+ preferred)
- Expert knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting
- Experience with Service Desk ticketing systems
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
