Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models using Python and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for real-time applications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers.
- Research and implement the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of MLOps principles, data pipelines, and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
