Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures and machine learning pipelines.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and latency.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize existing models for deployment on edge devices and cloud environments.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
