Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models tailored specifically for the 2026 infrastructure landscape and future-proof architectures.
- Lead the end-to-end development of scalable AI solutions, moving from theoretical research to production deployment.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into core product lines.
- Conduct rigorous testing, optimization, and debugging to ensure model performance, reliability, and ethical standards.
- Drive the technical roadmap for the Horizon 2026 initiative, identifying emerging trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow/Keras.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization technologies.
- Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and generative AI architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
