Responsibilities
- Oversee complex logistical operations across 16 host venues to ensure on-time delivery of all infrastructure.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including venue operations, security, and technology, to align with FIFA standards.
- Coordinate with international stakeholders, government agencies, and private partners to facilitate seamless integration.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate operational disruptions.
- Monitor budgetary expenditures and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
- Report directly to the Executive Director on project milestones, KPIs, and critical issues.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-year projects (10+ years of experience).
- Strong experience in the sports, entertainment, or government sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of English and Spanish (bilingual is a strong asset).
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
