Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum computing algorithms tailored for next-gen AI workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into existing cloud infrastructure.
- Lead research initiatives focused on post-quantum cryptography and secure machine learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for the engineering department leading up to 2026.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization of neural networks on quantum processors.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI and Quantum Computing.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML development and software engineering.
- Proven expertise in quantum programming languages (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and classical deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
