Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for error correction and coherence
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, trapped ion)
- Strong background in error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Knowledge of quantum cryptography and secure communication protocols
