Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design: Architect high-scale, distributed systems capable of handling next-gen data loads and AI workloads.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Oversee the migration and optimization of cloud infrastructure to ensure 99.99% uptime and minimal latency.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, review architectural patterns, and enforce best practices across the engineering department.
- R&D Innovation: Explore emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-ready architectures) and prototype solutions for future integration.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or a similar technical leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong grasp of data structures and algorithms.
- AI Integration: Experience designing systems that integrate with Machine Learning pipelines and Large Language Models.
