Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance technical architectures aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define and communicate the long-term technical strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Technical Excellence: Mentor engineering teams, enforce best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Innovation: Research and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Edge Computing) into existing systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery and security protocols to protect critical infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in modern languages such as Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Mindset: Proven ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments and drive projects from conception to delivery.
